Access to the Terminal requires a valid, paid subscription. The Provider reserves the right to revoke access if the user violates these Terms or shares their login credentials with third parties.
Market data and charting technology are provided by third parties (including TradingView). We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the data provided.
CC Quantitative Systems shall not be liable for any damages, loss of profit, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
